Recovered from injury, Minotauro guarantees he will be 100% for UFC Rio 3

The Brazilian Rodrigo Minotauro faces North American Dave Herman at UFC Rio 3, on October 13th. The fight marks the return of the Brazilian heavyweight to the Octagon after a personal drama. In November 2011, Minota faced Frank mir and ended up caught in an armbar, but as he preferred not to hit, his humerus was fractured.

Now, almost 12 months after the incident, Rodrigo guarantees that he is 100% and ready to win again at home, repeating his success in the first edition of UFC Rio, in August 2011, when he knocked out Brandon Schaub.

“My recovery was 100%. My physiotherapist Angela Cortes worked very well, I spent up to 6 hours in physiotherapy. I got injured again in July, I didn't train for a month. I went back to training too soon, I got ahead of myself. Now I am completely recovered and training well”, guaranteed Minotauro, in an interview with the North American website Sherdog.
