After two consecutive defeats, the Brazilian Fabio Maldonado He already has a set date and opponent to try to rehabilitate himself in Ultimate. The Brazilian athlete faces the Swedish Jorgen Kruth at UFC on FUEL 5, an event that takes place on September 29th, in Nottingham, England.
This will be the UFC debut of Kruth, also known as the “Last Viking”. He has a record of five wins in five fights. In turn, Maldonado, who has a professional record of 18 wins and five losses, needs the triumph to stay alive in the organization chaired by Dana White. The fighter from São Paulo lost to Igor Pokrajac, in May, in his last appearance in Ultimate.
