The Brazilian junior gypsy faces the North American Frank mir in the main fight of UFC 146, an event scheduled to take place on May 26, in Las Vegas in the United States. The fight marks the first defense of the heavyweight belt by the Brazilian athlete, and for this challenge, Cigano received a lot of help in the preparation.
Rodrigo Minotauro, who was Mir's last opponent in the UFC, arrives in Salvador, this Friday (4), to help Cigano in his preparation. The information was from Luiz Carlos Dorea, the Brazilian's boxing coach.
“Now the camping Junior Gypsy It's complete. Minotauro arrives in Salvador this Friday! I’m very happy,” wrote Dorea on her Twitter account.

In December 2011, Minotauro faced Frank mir and put up an excellent fight against the North American. But when trying to end the duel with a submission, he ended up surprised by his opponent, who managed to reverse the position and end the dispute with a Kimura, which ended up breaking the Brazilian's arm.

THE FIGHT HAS GYPSY AS THE FAVORITE. HOWEVER, FRANK MIR IS A DANGEROUS GUY, HE HIT HARD AND KNOWS HOW TO FIGHT VERY WELL ON THE GROUND, BEING A NATO FINISHER. GYPSY CANNOT UNDERESTIMATE FRANK MIR. HE MUST FIGHT SERIOUSLY, WITH STUDY, DODGE AND AVOID TAKEDOWNS, RELEASE HIS JABS AND HIS TNTs and then FRANK MIR CRUSHES.
