After much speculation, the Brazilian Rudolph Vieira seems to have agreed, once and for all, on his transfer to the UFC. The information was released by the website 'The Atletic', which signaled the athlete's move to Ultimate. With five victories under his belt in MMA, the undefeated athlete faces Polish Oskar Piechota at UFC Montevideo, on August 10th.

Known as 'Black Belt Hunter', the athlete carries with him the reputation of having won the jiu-jistu world championship five times. Since moving to MMA, Vieira has shown that he has the potential to become a great mixed martial arts fighter.
In his last match, which took place last Saturday (8), for ACA (Absolute Championship Akhmat), formerly ACB (Absolute Championship Berkut), in Poland, the middleweight (up to 83,9 kg.) defeated Russian Vitaly Nemchinov after a quick submission, in what, until now, was considered the most difficult duel of the athlete's career.
Vieira will face a more experienced opponent. Oskar Piechota is an athlete who has already competed in 12 fights in his professional MMA career and lost on only one occasion. Oskar debuted in Ultimate in October 2017 and, since then, has made three appearances for the company, triumphing on two occasions and suffering a setback, against Gerald meerschaert, in July last year.
If the fight is actually confirmed, Rodolfo will join Talia Santos, the Minas Gerais native Geraldo de Freitas, Raphael 'Bebezão' and Rogerio Bontorin as athletes who will represent Brazil in the Uruguayan card, until now.
