The last executioner of Mirko Cro Cop, Cheick Congo has a date set to return to the octagon. The Frenchman faces Bodog veteran Dan Evensen, at UFC-87, which takes place on August 9th. Evensen has a record of 10 wins and 2 losses, his last fight was at Bodog Fight “USA vs. Russia”, beating Gluhov via unanimous decision.
If Congo wins this fight, it will be one of the main candidates to challenge the winner of the confrontation between Rodrigo Minotauro e Frank mir, in a fight valid for the UFC heavyweight title
