Fighter selected for TUF 15 is a former homosexual film actor

The fighters who will take part in the 15th edition of The Ultimate Fighter, the UFC's reality show, were announced earlier this week. The list, which includes the Brazilian Cristiano Marcello, drew attention to another selected athlete. North-American Dakota Cochrane, before dedicating himself exclusively to sport, was an actor in erotic homosexual films.

Cochrane, who has an MMA record of 11 wins and two losses, was one of the stars of the adult website Sean Cody.com – well known in the homosexual community. With the repercussion in the specialized press, the fighter stated that he regrets his past choices.

“I regret this decision (making the films). If I had known what would happen in my life I definitely wouldn't have done it. But he had money problems and needed help”, said Dakota, in an interview with the North American website MMA Fighting. “I went there to take photos, but they started showing me high prices. I didn't really think. Every day there, I hated it! It was a big mistake,” she added. Cochrane also stated that he suffers prejudice due to his past and asks for respect from his rivals.

“All I ask is that people respect me. I'm trying to get over what I did. I want to make the negative become positive”, concluded the fighter.

The premiere of TUF 15 is scheduled to take place on TUF 15 on March 9th and will have something new: For the first time, the reality fights will be shown live on the FX channel throughout the United States (previously the program was recorded and only the final was broadcast live). The broadcasting rights for The Ultimate Fighter in Brazil belong to the Combate channel, which has not yet confirmed the broadcast of the program live or on VT.
