Poliana Botelho believes that the fight against Calvillo will be the most difficult of her career

Poliana Botelho will measure forces with Cynthia calvillo on the main card of UFC Buenos Aires, November 17th. The fighters are promising women's strawweight fighters in Ultimate and are looking for a place in the TOP 15 of the category. The Nova União athlete believes that the fight against the North American will be the most difficult of her career.

“I believe it will be the toughest fight of my career. I'm sure there will be three rounds and I'll do as much as I can to represent not only Brazil but my gym and my entire team”, said Poliana in an exclusive interview with Super Lutas.

Calvillo has three wins in four fights in Ultimate. The North American won twice by submission. Knowing this, the Brazilian assured that she studied her rival's game a lot. Cynthia's strong point is wrestling.

"Cynthia calvillo It's very tough. She is a fighter who switches, knows wrestling and does very sharp jiu-jitsu. We trained in all the arts very well. We studied her game”, explained Botelho.

“I'm a striking fighter, but I say I have a positive point, I love all arts. I train jiu-jitsu too much. I train wrestling. I like everything. I become a very complete fighter due to the fact that I love all the arts”, said the Brazilian.

Poliana remains undefeated in two fights in the organization. The Brazilian debuted with a decision victory over Pearl Gonzalez at UFC 216 in October 2017. In her last duel, Botelho knocked out Syuri Kondo in 33 seconds at UFC Chile.
