John hendricks returned to the ring at the World Bare Knuckle Fighting Federation (WBKFF) on Friday (09) after a year away. However, the former UFC welterweight champion didn't have the comeback he was hoping for. 'Bigg Rigg' was knocked out by Dakota Cochrane at 21 seconds of the second round in his first bare-knuckle boxing fight.

Hendricks was scheduled to face Brennan ward. Due to contractual problems 'Irish' was removed from the match. The chosen replacement was former Bellator fighter Dakota Cochrane. He accepted the fight two days before the event in the state of Wyoming (USA).
Cochrane dominated the first round of the confrontation and even opened a cut below Hendricks' eye. At 21 seconds of the second round, Dakota landed a straight right that took Johny to the ground. With that, the referee ended the duel, giving victory by technical knockout to the former Bellator.
