The second edition of Amazon Forrest Combat only takes place on March 31st, in Manaus, but the main fight of the show has already been defined. Brazilian Murilo Bustamante faces North American Dave Menne. The clash will be a repeat of the duel that took place at UFC 35, an event held in 2002, when the Brazilian black belt knocked out his opponent and won the UFC middleweight belt. The information about the duel was confirmed by Marcelo Alex, executive director of the event, via his Twitter.
Murilo Bustamante, who is currently managing BTT, hasn't fought since 2010, when he lost to Jesse Taylor in Australia. In turn, Menne, who has a professional record of 45 wins and 16 losses, is coming off a triumph when he beat Eric Davila in November.
