Luke Rockhold and Chis Weidman face each other at UFC 230

The rematch Luke Rockhold e Chris Weidman will be at UFC 230, November 3rd in New York at Madison Square Garden. Ultimate announced the confrontation between the rivals during an event on Saturday (08) in Dallas in the United States. The main fight has not yet been announced by the organization.

The former middleweight champions faced each other for the first time in 2015 in a title fight, Rockhold knocked out title holder Weidman in the fourth round of UFC 194. Luke held the belt for six months, but was defeated by Michael Bisping on June 2016.

PUBLICITY:

At 33 years old, Rockhold is coming off a defeat to Yoel romero at UFC 221 in February this year for the interim middleweight title. The North American has a record of 20 fights with 16 triumphs and four setbacks.

Weidman has 17 fights in his career, including 14 triumphs and three setbacks. In his last confrontation 'All-American' submitted Kelvin Gastelum in July last year in UFC Long Island.

UFC 230 has two other confirmed middleweight fights: Derek Brunson against Israel adesanya e Ronaldo Jacare fight with David Branch. In light weights, Nate diaz returns to the Ultimate Octagon to face Dustin poirier.
