Chales do Bronx is coming off a submission victory at 2m18s of the first round over Clay guida, at UFC 225, in June this year in Chicago. The Brazilian has an irregular record in Ultimate after losing to the lightweight champion, Max Holloway in August 2015. Since then, there have been seven fights and in four of them the São Paulo native was defeated. In Brazil, the jiu-jitsu black belt is looking for another triumph and regularity in the franchise.
Christos Giagos will make his return to Ultimate in São Paulo after three years away. The North American has played in events such as RFA and ACB since 2015. He had six fights after leaving the franchise and beat his opponents on four occasions. 'Spartan' has a record of 21 clashes, with 15 triumphs and six setbacks.
