The main fight between the bantamweights, TJ Dillashaw e cody garbrandt it was not valid only for the division belt. The fighters who used to be Team Alpha Male's colleagues are now arch-rivals. UFC 227 at the Staple Center in Los Angeles this Saturday (04) was the stage for the fighters' second meeting. On this night, 'Viper' came out on top, retaining his title and beating his rival again. The champion only needed four minutes and 10 seconds to knock out his former colleague, Garbrandt, with punches.

The fight
The first round began with the fighters reassessing the skills of their former training partner. But it only took a few seconds for the fight to heat up. TJ threw a low kick and Cody responded in kind. Dillashaw throws a kick that cuts to the side as Cody counters. Viper tries to strike, but No Love lands a punch, but in response the champion lands good blows to his opponent's head.
A cross from Dillashaw leaves Garbrandt dizzy. With that, Cody tries to stay in the fight, but is crushed by TJ. With Viper's barrage of blows in No Love, the referee is forced to stop the fight. This decrees victory once again for the champion.
