Strong image! Rockhold shows injured leg after surgery

Former middleweight champion had to undergo surgery on his left leg and will not kick for up to three months

Former middleweight champion (up to 84,1kg), Luke Rochold would make his debut in the light heavyweight division (up to 93,1kg) at UFC 227 in August. However, a leg injury took him out of contention. This Wednesday (13), the North American released a photo of his leg after surgery. The image is a photo.

On his Instagram account, Rockhold showed the seam made at shin height with a probe coming out of one leg. The fighter also used the caption 'Mad Max', a film that portrays the 'end of times'. See the photo below (strong image).

With a professional record of 15 wins and four losses, Luke Rockhold was scheduled to face the Swede Alexander Gustafson, on August 4, at UFC 227. The duel could define the next challenger for the light heavyweight title, but the injury ruled him out of the chance. He must go up to three months without kicking with his left leg.
