The UFC announced on Thursday (24) the fight between Cub swanson e Renato Moicano at UFC 227 on August 4 in Los Angeles. Information about the featherweight fight had already been released by the “Los Angeles Times”.

Swanson is coming off two consecutive losses to Brian ortega e Frankie Edgar. The last one was in April by unanimous decision at UFC Atlantic City for Edgar. Cub swanson at 34 years old he has a record of 34 fights with 25 wins and nine losses. The North American is fifth in the division rankings.

The 29-year-old Brazilian has 14 fights in his career with 12 wins, one loss and one draw. Moicano is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Calvin kattar in April at UFC 223. Renato's only loss is to Brian ortega in 2017. He is ranked ninth in the featherweight rankings.
