The 28th edition of Invicta FC, held last Saturday (24), marked the conquest of the strawweight belt by the Brazilian Virna jandiroba. But it wasn't just the athlete from Bahia who stood out on the show. Outside the combat area, UFC fighter Elias Theodorou also attracted attention. The Canadian made his debut at the event as a 'ring boy' and celebrated the success of his debut on social media (see the video below).

“I had a wonderful time on my Invicta debut. I truly thank those who helped along the way. Thank you Shannon Knapp (president of Invicta) for the opportunity, Natasha Kingsbury and Jess Mao (the ring girls at the event) for showing me the way, and everyone who watched. Most importantly, respect for all competitors. You were the real stars of the night. A great night for women’s MMA,” wrote Theodorou on her Instagram account.
