The fighter made an appearance in the episode shown this Monday of the soap opera “Fina Estampa”, on Rede Globo, where he played the referee of the fight between the characters Wallace Mu and Jorge Muralha. In the scene, Arona, who was presented as a world MMA champion, mediated the fight, punished one of the athletes for an illegal blow and called the doctors to attend to the character played by Dudu Dantas, who fainted at the end of the duel.
Despite being away from the MMA rings and octagons, Arona gives several seminars around the world and helped prepare the actor Dudu Dantas to play the character Wallace Mu in Aguinaldo Silva's plot.
