Vitor Belfort calls for a fight between Anderson Silva and Jon Jones in Brazil

Se Anderson Silva reigns supreme in the UFC middleweight division, the North American Jon Jones seems to follow the same path in the light heavyweight category. After finishing the veteran Quinton Rampage Jackson, in the main fight of UFC 135, there was a lot of speculation about a possible challenge between the champions.

Even Vitor belfort, who never hid his desire to have a revenge against Anderson Silva for the middleweight title, revealed his intention to see the fight between the champions.

“You have to get Jones and Anderson to fight in Brazil. That’s what everyone wants”, wrote Belfort on Twitter, in a message directed to Dana White, president of the UFC, and Lorenzo Fertitta, majority partner of the event.

Despite Belfort's request, Jones' next challenger is already defined: The champion's former teammate, Rashad evans will have the opportunity to regain the reign in the up to 93 kg category

So.. it would be ideal to see this fight!! it would be the same thing as having fights between: Jaspion vs Jiraya, Robocop vs Jiban, American Superhero vs Chapolin, Franco Nero vs Juliano Gemma, Kirk Douglas vs Charlton Heston (FINISHED), Zorro vs Tarzan and so on…kkkkkkkkkkkk—-

It's not as easy as Vitor thinks, as JJ is still growing, Spider has already established itself in the category, and JJ would be, in my opinion, a strong candidate to overthrow Spider's reign, a tough fight! I believe that the UFC will not burn its champions anytime soon! A meaningful fight for Jones would now be Evans and if he gets past this Lyoto and takes down this Shogun again, then yes, if he gets past everyone in question, in fact give him the Spider so we can see the show.

JJ still has a lot to prove. I want to see him fight 100% shogun, others at the same level. JJ only has this little wheel. He fled the entire fight. They're overestimating this guy.

This guy isn't all that... well, he was Fedor, Wanderley, Minotauro, Lesnar, Chuck Lidell, Cro Cop... these were good... today there's nothing but shit... I wanted to see Jones catch Rampgne at his peak... Dude, you're at the end of your career, bro...

Wow, watch some of the fights to see that there are great fighters nowadays, like Cigano, who in my opinion would destroy the minotaur, and also being a worthy opponent for Cain Velasques, who didn't give any conditions to B. Lesnar, also mentioned by you . Things change, W. Silva didn't lose his last fight quickly, either due to lack of preparation, it was simply because his mad dog style, which already wants to go out and break everything, is no longer that effective in current fights. I could mention more and more, but the best thing is to study the fights more coldly and stop with this nostalgia... it's ugly...

To remove JJ's sinturão, just Lyoto! If Lyoto can't do it, no one can!!

Anderson is much more complete than jj, both only have in common the arrogance typical of champions, but jon jones will not have a long life in his title defenses, not only because he is not as good as spida, but also because in his The category has many more high-level fighters, given the change of title holders. As for the fight against the Brazilians Shogum and Lyoto, despite the setbacks I'm more of the Brasucas

Look, for me, Anderson could blow JJ's face off, they are both very good, but JJ is younger, has more mass, and is good at ground fighting, Anderson has better boxing, but with the extra weight, JJ I could take Anderson down more easily and finish right there. It's no wonder that the fights have category divisions, otherwise there would only be one champion, I'm removing this comment just for bob sap who in my opinion should never have stopped being a showman of fake fights.
If I were to really bet my chips, Lyotto Machida would be my favorite, because he has plenty of technique in jiu and karate (which greatly enhances his boxing), he just doesn't mess around like he did with shogun.

Only Mauricio, he is the only one capable of defeating JJ, he is the best of all.

I agree, I think the only one capable of taking Jon Jones' belt is Mauricio shogun rua and I also think Lyoto won't have the slightest chance against Jon Jones.

Does Vitor Belfort have to shut up, if neither he nor Jhon Jones, after this fight with Kiton? LOL, never, this Belfort has to train a lot and talk less, getting the rematch will lead to another chorus, the guy becomes a believer, disappears from the mat and comes right away to take on the champion, oh Vitor you are a chicken from the farm “fiu”, Why would the UFC president put the champions to fight? They are the two who give the most money to the UFC and you have to listen to this nonsense, Vitor has to grow up a lot more, oops his phase is over, oh man, he talks less, trains more and shows, at least he fights in Brazil so he can criticize someone, farm chicken.
