North American Jon Fitch already has a set date to return to the most famous octagon in the world. The former welterweight title challenger faces his compatriot John hendricks at UFC 141, an event that takes place on December 30th, in Las Vegas, in the United States.
Without fighting since February this year when he drew with B.J. Penn, at UFC 127, Fitch is considered number two in the category, as he has one of the best campaigns within the organization, where in 15 appearances he has 13 wins, one draw and only one defeat. The setback happened precisely to Georges St Pierre at UFC 87, in August 2008, in a fight valid for the event's belt.
In turn, Hendricks, like Fitch, comes from wrestling, and has an NCAA title (the sport's main university league in the United States). Johny has a record of 11 fights and one loss. In his last appearance, the American defeated Mike Pierce at UFC 133, held in August this year.
