The 27th season of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter will have something new. The UFC announced this Thursday (16) that the selection for the program, which will begin airing in the first half of 2018, will only feature undefeated fighters.

As basic requirements, athletes must be between 21 and 34 years old and have at least three victories on their record. The pre-selected categories are featherweight (up to 66kg), light weight (70kg) and welterweight (up to 77kg).
TUF 26, which will define the first UFC women's flyweight champion, will have the grand final on December 1st. In Brazil, three editions have already been held, crowning six champions. In 2012, in the first season, Ron Jason (featherweight) and Cézar Mutante (middleweight) were the champions, followed by Leo Santos (welterweight) at TUF Brasil 2, Warlley alves (middleweight) and Antonio Shoe Guy (heavyweight) in TUF Brasil 3 and Glaico Nego França (lightweight) and Reginaldo Vieira (bantamweight) at TUF Brasil 4, in 2015, in the last season focused on fighters from Brazil.
