Anderson Silva is presented by Corinthians

After shining at UFC Rio wearing the Corinthians shirt, the Brazilian Anderson Silva was presented, this Monday, by the club's board, in an event that was part of the celebrations of the São Paulo team's 101 years. The “Spider” received the Corinthians shirt and posed for photos alongside president Andrés Sanchez.

“We will try to unite the popularity of football with MMA, try to create heroes in Brazil to help children. The project is to pass on the philosophy of martial art to the people who will be fighting at the gym,” said Anderson.

Corinthians, in turn, took advantage of the celebrations to launch an academy to train young people in fighting practice. The UFC middleweight champion stated that he will train with the new team in his next fight.

PUBLICITY:

“I live in the USA, but every time I come to train in Brazil when there is a fight. I’m going to come to São Paulo now”, she concluded.

Fatal change? Makhachev ignores warning and could end tragically at welterweight!
