Dana White has received yet another critic for his stance in leading Ultimate. EliteXC president Gary Shaw responded to Dana's attacks on the organization. The UFC president criticized Elite's harassment of Tito Ortiz, who is expected to leave Ultimate later this year.
“Dana thinks he invented MMA. He is very lucky, he had rich friends like the Fertitta's to finance the sport, the Fertitta's are big and I never said otherwise about them. It's no wonder fighters like Tito Ortiz and others are fed up with it. Dana doesn't care about the fighters and treats them well. He doesn't care about the growth of the sport, he only cares about the UFC. We (EliteXC) are trying to grow the sport and treat our fighters well,” said Shaw.
