“F*** him Daniel Cormier. He's a f***ing fat wrestler, and I really don't care what he says. Everyone says he's a good guy, but I really don't like him. He seems like a bully to me and I don't like bullies. He has the belt, he's a great fighter and everything. I respect him for that, but I really don't like him as a person. I don't like his attitude towards other fighters. He's nose-to-nose about people and things. So, I really don't respect him and I don't believe he'll make it past the second round with me”, declared Jimi, in an interview with the 'MMA-Panelen' program.

If he passes Oezdemir, the 'Poster Boy', as he is known, will put himself even closer to a chance at the division title, fighting directly with Alexander Gustafson, your training partner. Although he recognizes that the Swede also deserves a new opportunity to fight for the belt, Manuwa assured that he is ready to knock out the next light heavyweight champion, whoever he may be.

“If Jones wins, I think he and Alexander (Gustafsson) would have a huge fight, but at the same time, I didn't fight Jon Jones. I believe that Jon Jones you will be knocked out if you fight me. I believe DC won't make it past the second round when he fights me. Alex fought Jones and DC in two close fights, so him going up against either of them would be a huge fight. Me against any of them would be unknown, and when I knock out Oezdemir, it will send shockwaves throughout the division confirming that I am the big challenge,” he concluded.
