For the second time in his career, Bethe Correia will have a main fight in Ultimate, on June 17th, when he faces Holly holm in the UFC Singapore headliner. Confident in her abilities, the Brazilian feels capable of knocking out the former champion, who has come from three consecutive defeats, including a setback in the fight for the featherweight title, against Germaine DeRandamie.

For Pitbull, her next opponent was overestimated, especially after knocking out Ronda Rousey and shock the world. According to Bethe, this was Holm's only great performance in the Octagon and the American only has “good performances” within the UFC.
“I have nothing to say about her as a person. As an athlete, I think she is a little overrated, despite having great potential. Against Ronda, she fought a strategic fight and had a great performance, but in all the other fights she had in the UFC, she only had good performances. Nothing spectacular. She is overrated. Unlike her, I am underestimated. There are a lot of holes in Holly's game (…) Boxing is her great weapon, but it's my great weapon too. I really believe in my hands and I'm not afraid to trade with anyone. I believe I can get the knockout. I see a lot of holes in her standing game, so I'm confident”, said Bethe, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Fighting”.
Despite her confidence, the Brazilian's last result was not good. She is coming off a draw with Marion Reneau, at UFC Fortaleza, in a fight in which she was almost knocked out by her opponent. Before that, Bethe had won Jessica Eye and lost to Ronda Rousey e Rachel Pennington. Holm lost to Miesha Tate e Valentina Shevchenko, in addition to the latest setback against De Randamie.
