Two of the UFC's main Brazilian fighters, Chris Cyborg e Bethe Correia they are far from having a friendly atmosphere. On the contrary. Through social media, the two exchanged barbs and provocations, all due to the dance of the potiguar after the draw against Marion Reneau at UFC Fortaleza, last Saturday (11).

The confusion began when Cyborg made a post complaining about her compatriot's attitude, insinuating disrespect towards her opponent. “New ground and pound techniques? You have to respect it… explain to me where it came from?”, wrote the woman from Curitiba.
Bethe, in turn, responded soon after. Calling the fighters envious, she assured that she will continue doing her traditional dances after her performances.
“To my fans who always ask for my dance, next time I will dance better. I was tired and I didn't dance so well. For the “envious” (fighters) who think I’m mocking, my condolences. It wasn't the first and it won't be the last time that I celebrated my performance by dancing. Laughing a lot at the memes” – Bethe responded with the hashtags “envious people feel bad”, “success bothers a lot of people” and “other people’s joy bothers them”, among others”, Correia posted.
After the answer, Cyborg added more 'fuel to the fire' by questioning the importance of his rival in the sport. To top it off, he even called Bethe disrespectful and vulgar.
“Go to the circus Bethe Correia! Envy you? You must be crazy! How long have you been in the middle of the fight? Several (fighters) did many things to make the sport grow in the world of women's MMA, so that they respect women as real fighters, not as “tatami mats”. Personally, I found your completely vulgar dance unnecessary, and even more ridiculous for you to complain that men send you naked photos. Simply to have respect we have to give ourselves respect”, replied Cris.
