If it depends on Ultimate, Amanda nunes He already has a set date and location for his second title defense: in June, in Brazil, with no confirmed host city yet. According to Joe Carr, UFC's senior international vice president, the organization's intention is to promote the champion on Brazilian soil, in an attempt to increase the popularity of the women's bantamweight champion.

A few months ago, the UFC announced that Brazil will host three events in 2017, with one being numbered and the other two being Fight Night. The first will take place on March 11th, in Fortaleza, with Vitor belfort e Kelvin Gastelum facing each other in the main fight of the show. The other two cards are still being assembled by the company.
