Ronda guarantees: 'I'm still the best fighter in the world'

Before the duel with Amanda Nunes, former champion declared that she feels more experienced than the current owner of the belt

Ronda Rousey hasn't done many interviews before UFC 207, which takes place next Friday (30). But that doesn't mean the former champion lacks confidence. She assured that she still feels like the best in the world and said she has more experience than her opponent, the current owner of the bantamweight belt. Amanda nunes.

“Fighting is my life, so I needed to do it again. After going through everything I've been through, I'm even more determined to win. I have more experience (than Amanda nunes) for being under pressure for longer, a pressure that is different. I’m still the best fighter in the world”, commented the American in an interview with the program “Countdown to UFC 207”.

Rousey also declared that she intends to dedicate her victory to all those who believed in her return and her abilities.

“I'm coming back to win this title for all those who believed in me. It's all at stake. Everything I’ve worked for my whole life,” she declared.

The former champion hasn't fought since November 2015, when she was knocked out by Holly holm at UFC 193. Since then, the bantamweight title has changed hands twice more – Holm lost to Miesha Tate, defeated in the last UFC 200 by Amanda.
