The fight between Andrew Whitney and Farkhad Sharipov, at Titan FC 42 last Friday (2), lasted all three rounds. But the most exciting moment of the duel happened during the reading of the result.
Sharipov was named the winner by decision, but it was Whitney who stole the show. Angered by his defeat, the American vented his feelings by punching the air. However, the blow ended up accidentally hitting one of the ring girls at the event.
In the main fight of the event, the Brazilian Dhiego Lima (brother of Bellator champion Douglas lima) lost his welterweight belt to jason jackson by knockout in the first round.
