Viitor Belfort believes that MMA will surpass football in Brazil

MMA fans increase impressively in Brazil every day, but Vitor belfort still want more. After knock off Yoshihiro akiyama at UFC 133, the Brazilian athlete is already thinking about higher flights. Belfort stated, during the press conference after the show, that MMA will be bigger than football in just three years.

“Dana (White, event president) and Lorenzo (Fertitta, organization SEO) have invested in UFC. In Brazil, we will overcome football. Listen to this, I know it sounds crazy, but we are going to overcome football in Brazil in three years”, said an excited Belfort. “I know that wherever the UFC comes in, (it) surpasses everyone. I'm not a crazy dreamer. This is the reality”, he added.
