McGregor and Diaz had a stunning rematch last Saturday (20), at UFC 202. In a fight full of alternatives, with good moments for both athletes, McGregor came out on top in a tight decision from the judges. Shortly after the confrontation, the two fighters were ready for a third duel, as the rivalry is tied, with a victory for each side.

White, on the other hand, denied the possibility. “We are not going to do this fight for a third time now. Either Conor defends his title, or he gives it up”, said the Ultimate boss, in an interview with the North American “FOX Sports”.

However, White was quite excited by what he saw in the octagon. "It was amazing. It was a great fight, everything he hoped it would be. However, I never imagined that I would go to the fifth round. They are both incredibly warriors and tough. They are incredible”, praised the boss.

If McGregor does indeed return to featherweight, his opponent should be José Aldo, who, in July, won the interim belt in the 66 kg category.
