In the main attraction of the show, Conor McGregor takes revenge against Nate diaz, while the Brazilian Glover Teixeira makes a decisive fight against Anthony Johnson for a chance to fight for the light heavyweight belt.

1- McGregor's 'mystique' in check

Conor McGregor He arrived in the UFC in 2013 and made a splash. After fighting for the lightweight belt and being massacred by Rafael dos Anjos, in December 2015, Donald Cerrone He sought new challenges and moved up the welterweight category. And the fighter already has two victories in the category and is eyeing a string of triumphs if he manages to get past Rick Story at UFC 202, this Saturday.

The interesting thing for Cerrone is that he has options. As he has already defeated Eddie Alvarez, the new lightweight champion, Cowboy will be able to choose his fate with a new victory: continue at welterweight or return to lightweight and offer a rematch to Alvarez.

Cody Gabrandt has yet to meet opponents in the Octagon. The bantamweight revelation, just 25 years old, has defeated nine opponents in his career, including three in the UFC, with striking skills close to perfection. at UFC 202, the North American faces Japanese Takeya Mizugaki in an important opportunity for the bantamweight prodigy

Garbrandt has publicly exchanged barbs with the category champion Dominick Cruz and could be just one victory away from a clash with the champion.

Mizugaki is the biggest underdog on the betting exchanges. But Garbrandt won't have it easy. With victories over Bryan caraway, Erik Perez and Francisco Rivera, Mizugaki showed that he can defeat big names in the category.

5 – Alberto Uda's 'fight of life'

Besides Glover Teixeira, UFC 202 brings another Brazilian into action. In the first fight of the event, Santa Catarina's Alberto Uda makes his second appearance in the Octagon against Marvin vettori. Coming from defeat to Jake collier, making his debut in May, the Tupiniquim athlete needs the triumph to stay alive on the show. In case of defeat, he is at great risk of dismissal.
