Lesnar struggles to find UFC gloves that fit his hands

North American giant says the biggest glove made available by Ultimate is small, but he accepts it: 'I'll make it work'

In the fight that will mark his return to the octagon, this Saturday (9), at UFC 200, the giant Brock Lesnar He once again dealt with an old problem that haunted him during his first stint at the organization: finding a glove that fits his hands.

In the third episode of the web series “Embedded”, produced by the UFC itself, Lesnar is seen arriving in Las Vegas (USA), the location of the event. Shortly after, the former heavyweight champion begins to try out the gloves he will use in the duel against Mark Hunt.

UFC employees give Lesnar the largest glove made available by the organization, size 4XL. After putting it on, the fighter says: “When I put bandages on my hands, I don't know if I'll be able to put on the glove. I won't be able to close my hand. Do you have a size 5X?” he asks, hearing the employee's negative response. “Well, I’ll make it work,” Lesnar retorts, resigned.

In his first stint in the UFC, between 2008 and 2011, Lesnar donned 4XL gloves to defeat names like Randy Couture, Frank mir, Shane carwin and Heath Herring to become heavyweight champion. Back in MMA, he will have the second most important fight of UFC 200 against knockout artist Hunt.
