The Brazilian Antonio Pezão Silva has an appointment scheduled at EliteXC, he will face UFC veteran Ricco, the event will take place on February 16th, in Miami, Florida. The announcement was made on the official website of the American organization. Initially Pezão would face the American Shane carwin, replaced without any explanation from the event promoters.
Ricco Rodriguez has a record of 27 wins and seven losses, having made his last appearance in December last year, when he beat Kevin Filal at PFP Ring of Fire.
Pezão will try for his third consecutive victory at EliteXC. Last November he submitted Jonathan Wiezorek with a rear naked choke, thus accumulating nine wins and just one defeat in his record as a MMA professional.
