Nate diaz He is involved in controversy even when he is not scheduled to fight in the UFC. The North American, on the rise after winning Conor McGregor in March, he was seen involved in a fight backstage at UFC 199, an event held last Saturday (4) in Inglewood, Los Angeles region, in the United States.

Diaz, who attended the attraction only to watch the fights, was surprised by the fighter's brother Clay guida, Jason, who is also an MMA athlete. Evan Rodner, producer of the podcast “The Fighter and The Kid,” described what he saw behind the scenes at the gym.
"It seemed that Nate diaz got involved in a fight with Jason Guida, older brother of Clay guida. I have no idea what happened, but suddenly I saw several people entering the tunnels. After the chaos was over, Diaz returned to the arena as if nothing had happened. He didn’t give a damn,” he detailed, in an interview with the “MMMAmad” website.
Another witness to what happened was the UFC welterweight fighter Nicholas Dalby: “An immense struggle unfolded behind the scenes between Nate diaz, Clay guida and his team,” he wrote on his Snapchat.
Jason Guida fights in the heavyweight category and has a record of 19 wins, 28 losses and two no-contests in professional MMA. Diaz, who lost to Clay guida in the past, he has a record of 19-10, and will make his return in August, when he rematches McGregor at UFC 202.
