With only two fights held in the Maximum Fighting Championship (MFC), Douglas lima He already owns a belt in the organization. At MFC 27, held last night (12), in Canada, the American Top Team athlete submitted the North American Jesse Juarez with an armbar to win the welterweight title. This was the fifth consecutive victory for Lima, which has a record of 17 wins and four losses.
The 27th edition of MFC also featured the debut of Dhiego Lima in the organization. Douglas' younger brother scored his fourth career victory by knocking out the Canadian Bill Frasier in the second round of combat.
