Current UFC middleweight champion, Luke Rockhold will make his first title defense against the fighter he dethroned: Chris Weidman. The new title holder guarantees that he will beat his rival again at UFC 199, on June 4, and will leave the former champion with no alternative but to change categories.

The two fighters participated in the “FOX Sports Live” program, and Rockhold began teasing Weidman early on. “He seems a little lost. I don't know if you see what I see, but it's pretty obvious. You don't know how he reacts depending on the day, whether he has PMS or not. Let’s see what happens when the fight gets closer,” he said.

Weidman understood Rockhold's provocation, but avoided attacking back. “It's a strange feeling to lose the title, and I take the situation very seriously. I am more focused than ever and prepared to reach my full potential”, he said.

Rockhold then responded with a new provocation: “In light heavyweight. His potential will be reached at light heavyweight. I’m trying to take care of you,” he replied.
