The fight between the Brazilian Renato Babalu and former Pride champion, Dan Henderson will have a special motivation: The winner of this duel will be the next challenger for the Strikeforce light heavyweight belt, currently held by the Brazilian Rafael Feijão. The information was confirmed by the organization's president, Scott Coker, in an interview with the North American website MMA Weekly.
“Right now, my feeling is that the winner of Dan Henderson and Babalu, fight against Rafael Feijão”, said Coker. “The winner will probably have the chance to fight for the title”, added the director.
The fight between Renato Babalu and Dan Henderson will be the main attraction of Strikeforce scheduled for December 4th, in St. Louis, in the United States.
