The Nova União athlete, Leo Santos, would hold his fourth fight at Sengoku, on the 30th of this month, against the Venezuelan Maximum white. However, a neck injury suffered during training forced the black belt to abandon the event, being replaced by the Japanese Kiuma Kunioku.
Santos is a four-time Jiu-Jitsu World Cup champion and would be looking for his third positive result at Sengoku, where he still has one defeat. The Rio fighter has eight wins and two losses on his record, having reached the peak of his career between 2008 and 2009 at Shooto Brasil, where he won the four fights he had in the organization.
