Gesias on his fight decision: “That’s a joke”

After the controversial fight against Josh thomson, the brazilian Gesias Cavalcante was very dissatisfied with the decision of the side judges that marked the victory for the North American. Speaking to the MMA Junkie website, the Brazilian athlete called the choice of referees “clowning”.

“When they gave it 30-27 I thought 'wait a minute, that's a joke'”, he said. “Everyone said I won, and I think I won the first and third rounds”, added the Tupiniquim athlete.
