André Galvao e Gesias Cavalcante ended up being overcome by Josh thomson e Tyron woodley, respectively. In the main fight of the night, Nick Diaz successfully defended the welterweight belt and defeated KJ Noons in the unanimous decision of the judges.
Diaz beats Noons and defends belt
Nick Diaz and KJ Noons fought a fight full of provocations and very balanced during the five rounds. Diaz started the duel better, hitting KJ with good boxing shots, which made the challenger bend his knee and be taken to the ground. Recovered, Noons got up and the fight returned to striking. Thomson beats Gesias
In a very busy fight, Gesias Cavalcante and Josh thomson they had the best fight of the event.
