“From my point of view, Rafael will perform well and fight very well. He is very excited for this fight. Let's take McGregor to deep water. He has never fought anyone at the same level as Rafa. It will be the first time that McGregor has asked to stop the fight”, commented the leader of the Kings MMA gym.

McGregor is coming off a lightning victory over José Aldo, winning the UFC featherweight belt in just 13 seconds. For Cordeiro, the Brazilian had all the conditions to win if the fight went beyond the first round. “The struggle with José Aldo It was, unfortunately, very quick. If it got to the second, third or fourth round, we knew Aldo could beat him, but unfortunately, there was a knockout. But a fight is a fight. We’re going to do everything we can to ensure that Rafa raises his arm at the end of the fight, and we’re going to work hard for that,” he added.
