Rodolfo Vieira returned to winning ways at UFC Vegas 121, held last Saturday (26). The Black Belt Hunter entered the event's preliminary card and dominated Robert Bryczek to win by unanimous decision . After the fight, the Brazilian attributed the result mainly to the calmer and more conscious posture he showed during the fight.

In an interview with UFC Brazil, Rodolfo Vieira highlighted that he managed to remain calm even when his takedown attempts didn't work as planned. The middleweight (up to 83,9 kg) also acknowledged that he suffered some unnecessary blows, but stressed that he managed to recover and get back to fighting on his feet.

“I was much calmer and much more aware. Even though my takedowns weren't working, I was able to get back to my feet. Of course, I took some silly hits that I didn't need to take, but the focus was really on getting into the single, the double, putting him against the cage and taking him down,” said Rodolfo Vieira.

With this result, the Black Belt Hunter ended his two-fight losing streak and breathed a sigh of relief in the world's largest MMA organization.
