Ailin Perez was declared the winner over Norma Dumont by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28 and 29-28) in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 121, held this Saturday (26). After the fight, the Brazilian and the Argentinian had a heated discussion (VIDEO BELOW) in the octagon, with the situation drawing attention right after the end of the fight.

Norma Dumont started the fight from a southpaw stance and managed to defend Ailin Perez 's first takedown attempts . The Brazilian worked with kicks and maintained distance, but ended up being taken down after attempting a front kick. The Argentinian took advantage of the opportunity and controlled the rest of the first round on the ground.
In the second round, Ailin again attempted a takedown, but Norma defended and subsequently managed to take her opponent to the ground. The Brazilian then began to work from top position and found her best moments in the fight, using low kicks, feints, and combinations to score points.
Norma maintained her pace in the third round and continued to rely on kicks. The Brazilian defended further takedown attempts from the Argentinian and controlled much of the round. In the final stretch, Ailin increased her pace and managed to keep her opponent against the cage.
After three rounds, Ailin Perez was declared the winner by unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring it 29-28. Immediately after the announcement, the two fighters clashed and engaged in a heated argument inside the octagon.
