At 39 years old, Henry Cejudo continues to venture into combat sports and, this time, competed in boxing for the first time. In the main fight of the 'Misfits Boxing' event, this Saturday (26), in Miami (USA), the veteran faced Javon Walton, actor from the popular series 'Euphoria', and had to overcome himself in the ring. At the end of the four rounds, the legendary 'Triple C' did enough and passed the 20-year-old opponent by split decision.

Originally, Cejudo was supposed to face Deen the Great, a boxer and digital influencer, but since Deen withdrew from the fight, Walton took the bout at the last minute and performed admirably. It's worth noting that, despite being known for his acting career, the young man is also a boxer.

Therefore, the veteran had to put his experience gained in MMA and wrestling to use to frustrate his opponent. While Walton initially caused problems, Cejudo then evened the score and turned the fight around, taking advantage of his full training camp and the power of his strikes.

Aware that the fight was more difficult than he imagined, 'Triple C' showed fair play and gave the actor the opportunity to face him again with a full training camp. Not satisfied, Cejudo, excited by his victory in his boxing debut, challenged Deen and taunted him.

“There was someone I was supposed to fight! Deen the Duck, where are you?!?!?! There’s no such thing as ‘Dean the Great’. That guy ran away. That guy’s just having fun with his boyfriend. It’s time for me to finish him off,” said the legendary fighter.
