Norma Dumont and Ailin Perez will arrive riding high after consistent campaigns in the organization. The Brazilian has nine wins and three losses in the event and occupies the second position in the bantamweight ranking. After debuting with a loss to Megan Anderson , she bounced back and built a trajectory marked by consistency, defeating names like Karol Rosa , Irene Aldana , and Ketlen Vieira . Known for her strategic style, she has won most of her victories by judges' decision.

On the other side, Perez is experiencing the best moment of her career since arriving in the UFC. The Argentinian was only defeated in her debut, against Stephanie Egger in 2022, but reacted with six consecutive victories, a sequence that placed her among the main contenders for the bantamweight title. Possessing aggressive wrestling and strong pressure during fights, she defeated opponents such as Joselyne Edwards , Karol Rosa , and Macy Chiasson , establishing herself as one of the most dangerous athletes in the category.
