Last Monday (21), in Las Vegas (USA), the intrepid Sean Strickland scared his family, friends and fans by suffering another accident. However, anyone who thinks that the incident caused the UFC middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg) to take a break from his schedule is mistaken. Therefore, if anyone still doubts the dedication of the bad boy, coach Eric Nicksick brings an enlightening and even impressive account.

The head of the renowned 'Xtreme Couture' academy revealed that Strickland ignored his injuries and showed up for training as usual the day after the accident. It's worth noting that the fighter himself stated he was in the passenger seat when the vehicle rolled over six times.
In his account, the UFC champion showed scratches on his head and bruises on his body. In any case, Strickland's demeanor is not surprising, given that he is one of the MMA fighters who spends the most time in the gym training to improve and help his teammates.
“He was there for sparring yesterday. What was I supposed to do? Just send the guy home? He arrived all scraped up and I asked, 'So, how was last night?' And he replied, 'Yeah, it was pretty bad,'” the coach said in an interview with 'MMA Junkie'.
“I said, ‘What are you doing here?’ He said, ‘We have to spar.’ Okay, put on the equipment and let’s go. The guy is a monster. We’re a bunch of cowboys and outlaws in that gym,” he concluded.
