UFC Vegas 121 features a highly anticipated main card clash between Norma Dumont and Ailin Perez in the bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg). In a typical Brazil versus Argentina scenario, the two fighters have developed an intense animosity after years of provocations, with the Brazilian making no secret of her desire to hurt her opponent. In an exclusive interview with SUPER LUTAS , the second-ranked fighter in the division even discussed Ailin's work as an adult content producer.
Recalling the provocations and how Ailin reacts when confronted in person, Norma cited a video published by the Argentinian in which she says she was observed by Marco Tulio Matuto, the Brazilian's fiancé and middleweight (up to 83,9 kg) in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

“Actually, she was trying to film me, but since I didn't look at her, she tried to use that video to say that Matuto was looking at her. But it's clear he didn't look at her. A fan sent me the video and I started laughing and showing it to him (Matuto). I look at this and say she's low, but we already knew that. A woman who sells pornographic content, what can I expect? The woman is a whore. Everyone knows that. She's very cowardly. We've already bumped into each other here and she's already run away from me twice this week alone. She talks a lot on the internet but doesn't even look me in the eye. It's what we already imagined,” he stated.

Norma Dumont said she wasn't worried about trash talk.
Despite the clear stress generated by the climate of rivalry, Norma assured that she is not feeling harmed by feelings of anger. In fact, the Minas Gerais native said she feels better and more comfortable with the psychological situation brought about by the duel.
“Ailin usually provokes her opponents so they lose their temper and go all out to get her to take them down. But she found an opponent with a much stronger psyche than hers. I like to enjoy the moment, every second in that octagon without any rush. I like the chaos, the fight. So having a fight isn't something that bothers me,” she stated.
