Arman Tsarukyan had the perfect ending at UFC 331. 'Batman' knocked out Mauricio Ruffy in the first round of the co-main event last Saturday (19), in Los Angeles (USA), and once again put his name among the main candidates for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg).
Teammate of the Armenian, Moicano accompanied part of Tsarukyan's preparation. In an interview with ESPN, available this Tuesday (22), the Brazilian analyzed his teammate's performance and highlighted the moments of difficulty faced by the fighter during the confrontation.

“Arman did an excellent job, he was very well trained in takedowns, you could see that, and he went for the fight, things were getting tough for Arman, his eye swelled up, but man, he landed a really nice elbow strike, and there were two of them. A fluid, beautiful movement,” said Renato Moicano.
After his spectacular victory against Ruffy, Tsarukyan once again set his sights on a lightweight title shot. For Moicano, the win was enough to put the Armenian closer to a big fight in the UFC.
"He deserves to be the challenger now, there's no doubt about it, he has to fight Justin Gaethje for the undisputed title," revealed the Brazilian.
