Last July, Robbie Lawler defended the welterweight belt by beating Rory McDonald in one of the busiest fights of the year. If it depends on the 77 kg division champion's next opponent, Carlos Condit, fans can expect another fight full of emotion and action next Saturday (2), at UFC 195.
“I feel like I worked my whole life for this opportunity. The preparation has been great, I feel very confident. They're going to lock us in the octagon and me and the Robbie Lawler let's try to kill each other. I think we are two of the most skilled fighters in the division, if not the sport. We’re going to go in there and we’re going to have a fight with so much violence and aggression that people won’t soon forget,” said Condit, during the half day of the event, in Las Vegas (USA).
Former WEC champion and former interim welterweight title holder, Carlos Condit face Robbie Lawler in the main fight of UFC 195. In addition to the duel for the belt, the event will also feature a dispute between tops in the heavyweight category Andrei Arlovski e Stipe Miocic and the duel between the Brazilian Diego Brandao and the North American Brian ortega.
