This Saturday (02), Las Vegas (USA) hosts the first event of the new year in the largest MMA organization on the planet with UFC 195, which will feature a welterweight belt dispute between Carlos Condit e Robbie Lawler. Before they step into the Octagon, however, the 2016 calendar will open with the event's official weigh-in.
Starting at 22pm (Brasília time), this Friday (01), the fighters face their first major challenge before going up to the octagon: the scale, in an attempt to reach the required weight and confirm their duels. Furthermore, it is at the weigh-in that the traditional face-offs take place, which heats up the atmosphere for the following day's event.
The UFC 195 card will only feature one Brazilian fighter, Diego Brandao, who will face the North American Brian ortega on the main card.
