Deiveson Figueiredo was bothered by the criticism surrounding UFC 332. With Natalia Silva in the main event and the former flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg) facing Payton Talbott in the co-main event, the quality of the card was heavily questioned by fans.

In an interview with 'MMA Fighting', Deiveson Figueiredo stated that he finds the negative reaction surrounding the event irritating. The Brazilian highlighted that all the athletes scheduled are prepared to deliver great fights and assessed that a card initially considered weak could surprise and gain strength inside the octagon.

“It’s a little annoying. I’m sure all the fighters that the UFC put on the card are ready for a great fight, you know? What seems weak can become strong,” said Deiveson Figueiredo.
